I was a vegetarian for years, and i was unhappy. Meals stopped being a celebration, and became more of a health concern, or an equation. Now i'm happy preparing various kind of meals, including meat, and enjoy the sheer pleasure of eating it slowly and savour each taste. And in my heart, i thank the animal that gave it's life to feed me and my family, and i am extremely cautious when choosing meat. I buy it at the local farmer, knowing his practice are not cruel, and that it is always fresh.

At the end, being respectful to all living creatures is what matters the most.
And i think i am.
